You can scan by using the MF toolbox that installs on the computer during setup. It will appear in the list of programs that appears once you click on the Windows icon in the lower left of your computer screen. It will appear under Canon Utilities. If you do not have the program installed, you can download the and install the Recommend driver for the MF743 using the link provided <A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/printers/color-laser/color-imageclass-mf743cdw/color-imageclass-mf743cdw" target="_self">HERE</A>.
