Duplex scanning mf644cdw

I have a mf644cdw printer but I cannot scan both sides of the document when I use the paper feeder. Does anyone know how to turn on the duplex scanning.

Likely an old problem, previously resolved, but new for me.

1. Are you starting the scan from the MF644Cdw or computer with MF ScanGear?

2. What operating system is on the computer?

3. What is the MF644Cdw connected to the computer?

The imageCLASS MF644Cdw has a Single-Pass Duplexing Automatic Document Feeder. If you are scanning using MF ScanGear, please try the following:

Open MF ScanGear.

Click on Setting on Main Menu.

Select Scan Options then {Scan both sides when scanning from the feeder].

Save the settings.

Thanks Audrey. The duplex scanning worked when I used MS Scan. Is there anyway to turnon duplex scanning from the printer itself? i scan a lot, sometimes single originals, sometimes double sided so it would be convenient not to have to open MS Scan to switch. If not, it is manageable. To answer your questions:

1. Are you starting the scan from the MF644Cdw or computer with MF ScanGear? - I was starting the scan from the MF644Cdw but then was able to scan both sides using MF ScanGear

2. What operating system is on the computer? - Windows 10

3. What is the MF644Cdw connected to the computer? via network
