Are you starting the scan from the MF644Cdw or computer with MF ScanGear?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. What operating system is on the computer?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. What is the MF644Cdw connected to the computer?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The imageCLASS MF644Cdw has a Single-Pass Duplexing Automatic Document Feeder.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks Audrey.&amp;nbsp; The duplex scanning worked when I used MS Scan.&amp;nbsp; Is there anyway to turnon duplex scanning from the printer itself?&amp;nbsp; i scan a lot, sometimes single originals, sometimes double sided so it would be convenient not to have to open MS Scan to switch.&amp;nbsp; If not, it is manageable.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; To answer your questions:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Are you starting the scan from the MF644Cdw or computer with MF ScanGear? - I was starting the scan from the MF644Cdw but then was able to scan both sides using MF ScanGear&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. What operating system is on the computer? - Windows 10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.
