MF445dw operational panel won't lit up

My brand new MF445dw won't work. The operational panel won't lit up. Would anyone please sugget the best course to reach out to the Cason support? I tried to call many times but kept disconnected while I was put on hold. Any advice would be greately appreciated. Thanks!

Only you can decide if the panel is working as expected: It allows adjustment from 45* ~ 180*. See page 115

Thanks Rick @shadowsports for answering my post! Luckily my call to Canon Technical Support went through -:}. The panel malfunction was the problem. They will ship me a replacement on Monday. Be well Rick!

I am sorry for any inconvenience caused by the operational panel not lighting up. I am glad you were able to reach Canon Support and issue was resolve with a replacement imageCLASS MF445dw.
