    <description>&lt;P&gt;Had a similar problem -- I decided to switch to the network after using the scanner over USB.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Deleted the drivers and reinstalled them again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure to choose the option&amp;nbsp;that the device&amp;nbsp;is&amp;nbsp;going to be &amp;nbsp;used via network during installation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, im writting you cause i can't find anywhere a Canon MF Network Scan Utility, i have a MF4570dn all the computers in the network recognize it as a printer and FAX but not the scan function of it, i have installed already the proper driver from the US website and the toolbox for windows XP and Windows 7 both 32bits.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Theres one or two PCs that have the network utility already installed and the scanner works properly on them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i dont have the instalation CD, so is there another way to get it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you very much!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
