Need PostScript output from Oce VarioPrint 6270 PS3-PPD V7 driver

I have a customer with a Oce VarioPrint 6270 PS3-PPD V7. They would like me to produce PostScript output and switch trays between 2 types of Letter stock. I installed the driver on Windows 10 64-bit. I can not get it to spool Postscript. It keeps spooling SPL files. I've tried changing the PostScript options in the preferenced but I'm not having any luck.

What can I do to get the printer to spool PostScript?
