    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I keep receiving this message when trying to wirelessly scan from my Macbook:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;Cannot scan because of the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p2"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;- Scanner is busy&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;- Error occurred in the scanner&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;- Scanner is in Sleep mode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p2"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;Check the scanner status and try again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;Scanner driver will be terminated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p2"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;Error code: 2100009&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;I do not have any other scanning jobs going and the scanner is not in sleep mode. Sometimes when I turn it off and on again it will work properly, but then I start getting this error code again after a little while. Printing works fine!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;Thanks for your help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Which version of Mac OS are you using (e.g. 10.12, 10.13, etc.)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.
