Canon MFC743 LCD Not responsive

Hi:

I have a canon MFC743cdw printer and theLCD touch screen on the printer is not responding. I can see the menu etc but cant select any options. Questions:

1) Is there a way to fix this
2) How can I factory reset the printer or access the full menu remotely via the network. I can access the remote UI in "General User" mode but not in "Syatem admin" mode. I do not remember changing the system admin password and tried the default "7654321" but that does not work.

Hi,

Unplug the MF743Cdw from the wall outlet. Please try connecting the printer to a different outlet in the room / different room. Try turning on the printer with the power button. If you still can not select any option on the operation panel, click HERE to visit your printer page to discover your support options.
