Hi guys,

We have a canon image prograf pro 6000 printer. We have an issue that I just can't seem to wrap my head around.

Whenever we print something very dark / black on canvas, the ink can easily be scratched and damaged to the point where you basically can't touch the print without leaving a mark.

I uploaded a video here: https://streamable.com/s3ka9g

Does anyone know why does this happen ?

Any help is much appreciated.

Hello

The issue may be related to the paper that is being used. Check to make sure that the correct media type setting is being used before printing. If you are using Non-Canon paper, try contacting the manufacturer of the media to see if they can recommend what media type setting should be used with the paper.
