    <description>I'm having issues printing with my MF620C printer. When I print a page, a large swath of the page isn't printing to the paper, leaving a large white area on the page. I have tried cleaning the fixing assembly and ITB from the menu but still have same problem. It happens with all colors so unlikely to be a cartridge problem. Can anyone suggest a fix? Thanks!</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Audrey,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the reply. No, this is happening when I try to print from a program on a phone or computer. I assume it would also happen if I tried to copy something. I don't think it's an issue with the settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have reset all the toner cartridges, which are all genuine Canon products.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have also ran the Clean Feeder, Clean Fixing Assembly and Clean ITB programs on the machine, but it does not help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The result is always the same, a large area not printed on the left hand side of page.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
