    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im having trouble intalling the&amp;nbsp;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;MB2100 series Full Driver &amp;amp; Software Package (Windows) on my Windows 10 device. No matter what I try, logging in as an administrator I get the follwing error "To install the software, you must be logged on to and administrator account".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Please click &lt;A href="https://canoncanada.custhelp.com/app/browse/a_status/published/categoryRecordID/RN_CATEGORY_318/channelRecordID/DRIVERS_AND_SOFTWARE/currentSelectedID/RN_CATEGORY_318/isCategorySelected/true/pageSize/10/productCategoryAnsList/RN_PRODUCT_1815%3ARN_CATEGORY_318%3ARN_CATEGORY_2679/productRecordID/RN_PRODUCT_1815/truncate/200/type/browse" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;to access the drivers page for your Maxify printer and then download and install the &lt;SPAN class="customSearchResultLink activeList"&gt;MB2100 series MP Drivers Ver.1.02. After the file downloads, right click on the file name and select "run as admin"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="customSearchResultLink activeList"&gt;Did this answer your question?
