    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an Image Class printer. I can print no issues.But, whne I try to scan a document to my computer it shows no computer found. And on my computer I open the MF Network Scan Selectory its blank. The printer is hooked up wirelessly. Any help is apprciated!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi nepcov8.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the computer is connecting to wifi, check whether it's using a 5 GHz wifi connection (5G wifi).&amp;nbsp; If so, try switching it to a standard 2.4 GHz wifi connection.&amp;nbsp; If the computer is on an extended network, such as a public, dorm, school, or large-office network, make sure the printer and computer are connecting to the same subnet (sub network).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To confirm whether the network is allowing the printer and computer to communicate, you can try &lt;U&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;&lt;A href="https://oip.manual.canon/USRMA-1738-zz-SS-enUS/contents/SS735_admin_0201.html#0833_h1_01" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;opening the printer's Remote UI&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/U&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did this answer your question?
