ImageClass MF733Cdw Print is blotchy and smeared

I have gotten very little use out of this printer in the year I have had it. Early on I printed some CD labels, and the heavy sheets led to problems. Now, EVERYTHING I print comes out with blotchy smears. I am sure that there are some rollers with ink on them, but HOW ON EARTH DO I CLEAN WHATEVER IT IS THAT NEEDS CLEANING?
