      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since the latest Windows update last week I cannot print on any laptop or computer that has updated windows.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I get the following error message&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Operation could not be completed (error 0x000003e3)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The i/o operation has been aborted because of either a thread exit or an application request&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the printer worked fine until the windows update&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;both 1909 and 2004 can introduce&amp;nbsp;printing issues in some environments.&amp;nbsp; MS has already patched them assuming this is actually your issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can uninstall updates (indefinitely) and or "Feature Install" for up to 10 days.&amp;nbsp; Settings &amp;gt; Update and Security &amp;gt; Recovery.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Might be worth going back to your previous build to confirm that the update is in fact the cause of your issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check to see if you have this update and/or if applying it helps to resolve.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Again, I'm just going off your diagnosis.&amp;nbsp; If might be unrelated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4567523/windows-10-update-kb4567523" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4567523/windows-10-update-kb4567523&lt;/A&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the help.&amp;nbsp; I contacted support and they had me delete the printer, verify it was not listed in the Apps and Features (if it was, I needed to delete it).&amp;nbsp; The printer utility is ok.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I downloaded the recommended driver on the Canon site and that solved the problem.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will keep your info as well - just in case!&amp;nbsp; Thanks again!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
