    <description>&lt;P&gt;Turns out CANON Support says to take it back... it must have been dropped in transit...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;maybe that's why the ERROR MESSAGE isn't documented...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;bought from Office Depot - they were absolutely wonderful about the return...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;took it back, got a new printer and out the door in 30 min...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Great doing business with them... &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thumbs_up:"&gt;👍&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;treated like a customer should be treated...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Printer is 2 days old... &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;getting Error Message E202-0002&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;cant find anything about it...&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;it doesn't reset when turned off...&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;HELP...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;nice printer for a few tests, but it's getting frustrating now...&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just bought one from Office Depot and it has same problem and haven't even USED it once. It made a terrible screeching sound the first time I turned it on. Now I have to drag this heavy ass machine back and get another!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
