Hello,

Scan and send via email

I have followed suggestions in this thread, https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/Office-Printers/How-do-I-enable-the-scan-to-email-address-functionality-of-the/td-p/198622, and successfully manged to set up the feature and scanned to my gmail address
I am not able to find a solution to setup multiple email addresses and utilize the aaddress book.

Any suggestions?

Hi sunaz.

In order to fax to another person's email address, you will use the I-Fax function. Information may be found at the following page in the online manual:

Thank you for the response.

I will look into the information provided to see if this is an acceptable solution.

However, are you indicationg the actual scan and send to multiple email address function and not i-fax does not work?

Hi sunaz.

Sending a scanned document or image directly from the printer to multiple emails is the purpose of the I-Fax function. The Scan to Email function through the scanning software requires an installed or integrated email client, and automatically attaches your scan to a new, blank email message on the computer.
