Hello everyone,

My MF644CDW printer has some issues with its auto-document feeder (ADF) and scanning to an email via WiFi. When I make a copy/scan of something using the ADF, when compared to using the flatbed, it produces black lines on one side of the scanned document. I have attachments to show an example. In addition, since last month, my printer fails to scan documents to an email over WiFi. I appreciate any help for my situation.

Test Page via Flatbed

Test Page via ADF
