Canon MF4890dw Prints first page twice

Hello,

I have the Canon MF4890dw and install latest diver in windows 10 64 bit. but when print a document, first print one page then printer requast to continue printing.

please help me to resolve it.

Hi piralaee.

Check the MF4890dw's network information. Make sure that the signal strength is Good or better.

You may also need to go over the management settings for the printer, and the print settings computer-side, to ensure the printer is not set to confirm printing at the printer itself.

If you haven't yet done so, register the paper size of the loaded paper on the MF4890dw itself. Differences in the paper size settings between what's loaded, what's registered, and what the computer is requesting, may cause this type of problem.
