    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi --&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have the imageClass D1150.&amp;nbsp; Had the system ID and password stuck to the side of the unit with a post-it note. :).&amp;nbsp; The post-it note is gone.&amp;nbsp; Is there a way to reset the unit to factory defaults without the master login?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to call the support number and they directed me to this site for assistance.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ty.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ESP&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi ESP2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Resetting the printer to factory defaults requires the admin login, and resetting the admin login is only available by phone.&amp;nbsp; Since this model is outside of service life, and phone-based support is no longer available, we're unable to help with such a reset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You are eligible for the Canon Upgrade Program, a one-time discount on the purchase of a replacement.
