      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi aluwishous.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please unplug the printer from the wall, and then&amp;nbsp;remove the toner cartridge.&amp;nbsp; Before reseating the toner cartridge, look inside the machine, to the left, and you will see the toner sensors that will&amp;nbsp;resemble paper clips.&amp;nbsp; Verify that none of them are stuck in a down position.&amp;nbsp; If it does appear that one of the sensors is pushed in, I recommend that you contact us at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the sensors look fine, please reseat the toner and firmly close the toner cover door.&amp;nbsp; Next, plug the machine back in and make a copy.&amp;nbsp; If the error persists, please contact us.&amp;nbsp; I hope this information is helpful to you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
