Hello,

I have some 3M Premium Glossy Photo paper I am trying to print on. No matter which type of paper I select, it tells me the paper is different than what is in the cassette. I've tried Glossy, Semi Gloss, Pro Luster and Plus Glossy and none of them will work. Has anyone seen this before?

Hi alconnell,

If you are getting that message and you have tried other paper types, it looks like the paper size needs to be changed. You will get that error if the paper type and the paper size do not match the settings you selected when printing from the computer.

If changing the paper size did not resolve the issue, we would need some additional information to assist further. If you could reply to this message with the information below, we will be able provider more trouble shooting steps.

What size is the photo paper that you are trying to use?

What version of the Mac or Windows operating system are you using on your computer?

What is the code number that comes up with your error message?
