      <title>MF6160dw Will not copy</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp; Printer is new, worked good after initial install. Then suddenly will not copy or scan. It still prints just fine. I reloaded new firmware with no change. Just shoots out a blank page. Scanning light looks dull, not bright during scan?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Printing over a network works fine. Documents printed from multiple programs have no problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Copying from the top glass manually to print out fails. After scanning the printer simply kicks out a blank page. Scanning a document also fails which makes me believe it might be some sort of scanner problem? If it is failing to digitize the document it has nothing to print out. Is there a repalcable light source? It does seem like the light emitted from the scanner is much less than usual?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; Internally generted doucments (Ie;Test Pages) Also print out fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
