In my printer i want to chang the black cardiage but i can not

it show ? quetion mark on the top of black

i try and open the side but the black cardiage not came for chage

what can i oo

HI sumayya200,

The inks in the Maxify printers are under pressure and the printer will not move the ink to the changing position until it detects that the ink is empty. If you have a question mark over the black ink, it would mean the printer is having problems detecting the ink level. You can try a cleaning for the black ink to clear any ink that's left or you can try printing some black only documents to lower the level.

When you try to print. are the pages blank?
What version of the Mac or Windows operating system are you using on your computer?
What model black ink tank do you have loaded in the printer at the moment?

thank to your reply
there was a quetin mark on the top of black color I fix this
the problem now it still not printing the black words and printing other color
my black color ink is new
1 when I print the pages are blank
I have dell laptop with window 2016 programs
I load the canon 1400 BK oysg PGI-1400 Black made in japan
