      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried every youtube video, I've read the manual forwards and backward, my bf who is a hardware engineer at Apple tried to help but apparently he doesn't deal with printers much these days....I've even been on the phone twice with customer service and they were so confused, that the lady told me to call Amazon and ask how to fix the situation? &amp;nbsp;And then she would call me back in an hour.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;?!?!?!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way I can just do a hard reset, delete all the software, and try from scratch? &amp;nbsp;Thank you so much for anyone who has any suggestions!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also - I am using&amp;nbsp;MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2018, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.3 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;16 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;macOS Catalina v10.15.4&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
