Machine will not recognize that legal paper is loaded.

Tried to configure the machine under paper optionsbut it will not set

Can someone let me know what to do step by step

The settings for the MF733Cdw on a computer will take priority to the settings on the printer itself. Because of the differences between operating systems, I'm unable to provide specific directions on accessing these settings.
