Can no longer print duplex with MF229dw on Mojave

Hi,

I have been using my canon MF229dw for almost 3 years with no issues with duplex printing on my macbook. I recently updated the printer driver (which now shows in printer/scanner preference as MF220), however since the new driver was installed, I have not been able to print duplex.

I use Mac (Mojave 10.14.6) and the duplex box is checked, however it does NOT print 2 sided. I have uninstalled and re-installed the printer driver twice with no luck.

Hi minnedox.

To help narrow down possible causes to the inability to duplex print, please let us know the following information:

When adding the printer back, what is listed in the Kind column, and which driver are you selecting in the Use drop-down?
What media type is registered to the tray from which the paper feeds?
