      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've bought the MF643CDW and i am unable to let the printer scan to email. I've seen all the instruction videos on youtube. I've tried everything, but nothing works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Problem:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to install my GMAIL account on the machine:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Changed the SMTP port to 587&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- I changed the SMTP AUTH settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Entered my login user name and password&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- TLS Enable but not the validate box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I receive an #839 error. wich means:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;TABLE&gt;&lt;TBODY&gt;&lt;TR&gt;&lt;TD&gt;&lt;DIV class="text_center"&gt;Cause&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD&gt;&lt;DIV class="text"&gt;The user name or password specified in Communication Settings is incorrect.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;TR&gt;&lt;TD&gt;&lt;DIV class="text_center"&gt;Remedy&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD&gt;&lt;DIV class="text"&gt;Check the user name and password set for &amp;lt;SMTP Authentication (SMTP AUTH)&amp;gt; in Communication Settings. &lt;A href="https://oip.manual.canon/USRMA-0312-zz-CS-enGB/contents/1T0002892823.html#d192825c9dbd687a092abb43f06e80c5" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;(See "Common Communication Settings for E-Mail/I-Fax.")&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;/TBODY&gt;&lt;/TABLE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've checked every user name en password 100 times, but it does not work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Someone with the same issues?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
