Problem printing Word and Excel using USB

Using a Canon Imageclass MF632. The Word and Excel documents do not appear on the USB stick when it is inserted into the printer. Using Office 365 on my iPad and Office 365 and Windows 10 on my laptop to create the Word/Excel docs. PDF files do show/print from the same USB however.

Just a guess, but Word and Excel documents in the document format are not readable without the MS software.

Export the MS files as PDFs then print.

While I am sure .PDF, .JPG and .TIFF file formats is supported, I'm not sure about .docx or .xlsx. I think John is correct.

Also note, only paths 5 or less deep are supported.
