MF632Cdw not printing properly from the multipurpose tray

I'm not having any problem printing from the main tray on my MF632Cdw laser printer. But all the sudden, printing from the multipurpose try is printing funky version of documents... dropping blacks and some colors. Any idea how to fix this?? It's the same doc coming out fine from the standard tray and then incorrect from the multipurpose tray.

Hello communityguy.

Are you printing to the same type of paper as from the cassette when you're using the multipurpose tray? If you're using a different type of paper, double-check that it was designed for use in laser printers.

You may be able to correct matters by cleaning the fixing unit and the transfer belt, and/or performing a full adjust from the manual feed tray.

If that does not correct the problem, proceed to the appropriate troubleshooting HERE for the type of printing issues most resembling the output you're seeing from the multipurpose tray.
