I recently purchased a new prograff 2100 and set it up and everything worked fine. I come back to my office a couple of days later and I get an uniformative error message when I try to print from P2L. The printer is status show normal, and I can print from the normal Apple printer menu or from detail printing from DPP4. If I try to print from the P2L I get and error.

I've removed the P2L software and reinstalled it but that didn't change anything. I've reset the printer drivers and that didn't do anything either.

Any suggestions? This is very frustrating to pay this much for a print and then the software won't let you print.

Follow up: I removed all of the Canon related software and reinstalled. One thing I found was that in a trial on my laptop, I did not add the printer in the usual systems area. P2L still sees the printer and works fine. Reinstalling the software and driver and not adding to the usual print queue seems to have solved the problem.
