Canon c5235 Advance Click Print, Printer Makes Noise But No Paper Comes Out

I have a c5235 printer that works fine with more than 20 computers that already have the driver installed. I recently tried adding 3 different laptops and get the same problem, as soon as I click print the printer makes noise for about 8 seconds exactly like if it was going to print, but a page never comes out and the sounds turn off. I have tried many different drivers from the Canon website. Does anyone know what could be causing this? All the other computers work just fine. Thank you.
