    <description>&lt;P&gt;Greeings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;These types of errors can be an unexpected consequence of a servce pack or operating system upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not familiar with "&lt;EM&gt;Capture Perfect"&lt;/EM&gt;. Is this Canon software?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Edit.&amp;nbsp; Found it on Canon's Asia Website v3.1.55 &lt;/EM&gt;&lt;A href="https://asia.canon/en/support/0200580602/3" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Latest Download here&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I believe the printer comes with "&lt;STRONG&gt;CaptureOnTouch&lt;/STRONG&gt;"&amp;nbsp; here is the US.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First step:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Run windows update, download and install all updates avaiable for your OS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now retest and see if the behavior still occurs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If yes, continue &amp;gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Uninstalling the Software:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Start Menu &amp;gt; Control Panel &amp;gt; Programs and Features&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Open this dialog and select the program or software you wish to uninstall.&amp;nbsp; Select uninstall at the top of the list.&amp;nbsp; Suggest you uninstall Capture Perfect v3.0. Restart&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;before&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt; installing the updated package v3.1.55&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now test and let us know if this resolves the runtime error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We've had to upgrade our PC's to windows 10 since 7 will no longer be supported as of January 1,2020.&amp;nbsp; Now when we use the scan perfect 3.0 we get runtime error. scanner we are using is a Canon DR-G2110.&amp;nbsp; Is there a fix for ths?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/21491i23E6B9ABBFFB91C5/image-size/original?v=1.0&amp;amp;px=-1" border="0" alt="runtime error.PNG" title="runtime error.PNG" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
