Canon USA Ivy CLIQ+ Rose Gold Blinking Red and Green

I have had this camera for years but last night when I tried to charge my Ivy CLIQ+ camera, the charger LED (small dot) started blinking red and green. I've never seen this before--every other time I charged it, the light would be solid red. I've looked through the manual and searched for answers online but didn't find anything on what red and green blinking indicates.

Hi,

Press and hold the power button until the LED turns off. Then press the same button to turn it on again. If the issue persists the Ivy Cliq has most likely experienced an internal issue and would need to be replaced.

This same thing happened to my camera today. Earlier in the day, it turned on and off fine. Then now, it won't turn on anymore, and the charging light is flashing green/red.

Is there no other way to resolve this? Is it a battery issue?
