Need to know how this Canon IVY Mini Photo Printer is not working on my iPhone 14

Recently I bought an iPhone photo printer from canon called IVY Mini Photo Printer. It perfectly worked the first month after buying and now it is out of order. I used it in outdoor photo printing activities and I have hesitation about the device's condition outdoors. Please let me advise what should I need to do. I posted before I am going to claim my company warranty.
