topic Canon IVY Mini for Printing Passport Photos in Mobile & Compact Printers

I own a Canon Ivy Mini. US passport photos are required to be 2x2 inches. The Canon Ivy Mini uses 2x3 inch photo paper. I would like to know if it is possible to use photo editing software to take a passport-quality picture, leave a one inch space at the bottom, and have the photos printed with the Canon Ivy Mini.

Passport photo printing is a service I would like to offer to my customers and the Canon Ivy Mini is a small printer I can easily take with me almost anywhere. Therefore, I would like to know if this is possible.

Thank you.
