Hi,

If you installed the drivers while the usb cord was connected, please disconnect the printer and remove the printer drivers.

Once the drivers are removed, please restart your computer and leave the usb cord disconnected. After the restart, click HERE to open the support page for the printer. Once the page opens, make sure Windows 10 is listed as the operating system then scroll down and install this file: iP100 series Printer Driver Ver. 2.17b

Leave the scanner disconnected until a message appears asking to you to connect the printer. Once connected the computer will detect the printer and finish the install. Once that is done, try to print again.

Did this answer your question? Please click the Accept as Solution button so that others may find the answer as well.
