    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've followed the instructions in the manual. The battery is charged. It gives 3 green blinks when powered off. when I try to register my printer by scanning the QR code I get this error box&amp;nbsp; "connection has failed - error check printer power".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to register it manually it gives me this error box&amp;nbsp; "connection has failed check printer power and input data".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't seem to register the device and therefore unable to use it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support. A Technical Support Representative can determine the cause of the issue and resolve it or provide you with your available service options.&lt;/P&gt;
