Canon Ivy 2 Mini Printer won’t print

I just got the Canon Ivy2 Mini printer today and realized nothing was printing. I load the paper that came in the box with the printer and thought that that was it and I could start printing my pictures. I realized it didn’t print and I looked at the user guide and realized that the blue paper was supposed to print out but mine never did. I thought it was the battery even though it was at 70% but I fully charged it anyway and still nothing. Thought it was the bluetooth but it was perfectly connected. The only thing I think might be the issue is the grey spinner in the paper compartment because it won’t spin all the way but I’m not sure if that is normal or not.

Once logged in, click on your Canon IVY 2 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support. A Technical Support Representative can determine the cause of the issue and resolve it or provide you with your available service options.
