    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am using wifi...no error message. &amp;nbsp;Just says it isn't connected to wifi, but it shows the wifi. &amp;nbsp;We have taken it down to the factory setting and set it back up again, but still says no wifi. &amp;nbsp;We have shut everything down, started it back up again. &amp;nbsp;Not sure what else to do&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;More information would be needed to include how you're connecting it (USB or Wi-Fi?). Is there are error message shown? What, if anything, have you already tried to troubleshoot?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;sharif1,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please install the SELPHY Photo Layout app on your moble device (for example: tablet or cell phone).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Next, please make sure that your mobile device is connected to the same Wi-Fi as your SELPHY CP1300.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; Once the app is installed, please attempt to print a photo from that device with your CP1300 using the SELPHY PhotoLayout app.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Were you able to print?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are able to print from your mobile device, we know that your CP1300 is connected correctly.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are able to print, please make sure that your Mac is on the same Wi-Fi as your SELPHY CP1300.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The next step would be to remove and re-add the printer.&amp;nbsp; To do this, please follow these steps on your Mac:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Click on the Apple in the upper left and then System Settings.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Click on Printers &amp;amp; Scanners from the bottom of the menu on the left.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; Click on the CP1300 listed on the right.&amp;nbsp; In the new window, click Remove printer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4.&amp;nbsp; Repeat until all CP1300's are removed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5.&amp;nbsp; Click the Add Printer, Scanner or Fax button.&amp;nbsp; The Add Printer window will appear.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;6.&amp;nbsp; Click on your SELPHY CP1300 and click Add.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once reinstalled, please attempt to print.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
