Selphy cp1500 poor skin colour

Hello,

when printing with the selphy cp1500 from my iPhone 14 Pro, all skins look grey-ish. Other colours are printed beautifully.
anyone has a fix to this problem?

What app are you using to print your photos?

Are you using SELPHY Photo Layout?

Have you changed the ink cassette?
