I rent AirBnBs and move repeatedly. I have to start from scratch in setting up my TR150 to my laptop. That alone is very annoying. With my latest move, when I do the setup instructions, at step 3 loading the driver, it never finishes. The printer says it has connected to my PC but the laptop says the printer is offline. Printing isn't happening. (1) I want to know how to retain the driver, etc in my laptop so I don't have to keep re-installing it. (2) How do I get it to print right now?? I am hating how hard this has been.

Hi Pjferg,

Please try to add your printer in this manner:

1. On your computer, please press the Windows key on your keyboard and the letter I, then let both go.

2. Click on Bluetooth & devices in the menu on the left.

3. Click on Printers & scanners.

4. At the top of the next window, click the Add device button.

Does Windows on your laptop install your TR150?
