Selphy CP1500 printing uneven borders

Hi there. I'm having a really annoying issue with the borders options on the printer. It always prints one side smaller - see image. Has anyone else had this problem? I am uploading my photos in the correct ratio and size and tried the app and Photoshop.

Once logged in, click on your SELPHY CP1500 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support. A Technical Support Representative can assist you with the printing issue that you are experiencing.

I have the same issue, no matter how I set the paper— has this border issue ever been resolved?
