&lt;P&gt;Even though that one was new, have you tried using a different ink cassette?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It would appear that your SELPHY printer would require service.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To obtain service, please follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Please use the link below to log into your My Canon account:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://mycanon.usa.canon.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://mycanon.usa.canon.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Once logged in, click on Service &amp;amp; Support in the menu on the left side of your My Canon account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; On the next page, click on the red Get Service &amp;amp; Support button to the right of your SELPHY printer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4.&amp;nbsp; Then on the page that appears, scroll down and click on the Start Repair button.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Follow the on screen prompts to set up service.&lt;/P&gt;
