IVY Lines on printouts

Hello

im trying to het in contact for the reason the i been having my printer for awhile now and every time i print something the image doesn’t look right I always see lines on it

i have canon ivy

if u need information please contact me I really live this printer but this is the only issue i been having lately

Hi Mejiacanas7.

When lines appear in printouts from your IVY printer, please perform a calibration.

To perform a calibration, please remove all of the paper from your printer, place the blue sheet at the bottom and then place the paper on top of the blue sheet.

The writing on the blue sheet should be facing down. The print side of the paper should be facing up.

Once set, please reattach the cover and then perform a print.

Depending on how bad the lines were, you may have to run the blue sheet through 2 times or maybe 3.
