Ink Cartridge Stuck in Selphy CP1500

I'm unable to get the ink cartridge out of the Selphy CP1500. Any suggestions on how to release it would be appreciated.

Hi,

Please try the following to see if we can resolve your issue:

1. Turn the printer off.

2. Open the side of the printer to access the ink cartridge.

3. Push the cartridge into the printer to ensure that it is secure.

4. Turn the printer on and back off again.

Once this has been done, try to remove the ink cartridge from the unit.
