I created this account because I could not find a way to change my forum nickname. My other account is JMY can this account Arcade be merged with the other one? I want to use this nickname better.

There isn't a way to "merge" the accounts, so we've changed your original "JMY" account to "Arcade," and changed this account to "JMY." We hope this works for you!
