topic Prograf Pro 1100 in General Discussion

After close to 6.5 hours I have given up. I am not technology savvy. I take a lot of photos and I just upgraded to the 1100. It was working very well using canon paper. However, today, I attempted to load custom paper(Hahnemuhle), but as many times as I tried I could not get his custom paper uploaded such that it was something that I could choose on the printer screen. Does anyone have any tips? I use Lightroom Classic and did my best to follow exactly all of Canon's instructions on how to make this happen.
