    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah, CPS can be a bit of a headache when the site or the portal is acting up. Usually, when the membership or points aren't showing right, it’s just a delay in their database syncing with the login. Have you tried logging out and clearing your browser cookies before jumping back in? Sometimes using a different browser entirely helps bypass those weird portal glitches too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Anyone having trouble with CPS?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm a long time CPS member. I recently send in my R52 for a repair and had a bad experience. To Canon's credit, they eventually worked it out, but I was surprised by what I would politely call poor customer service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On Dec. 8 I requested to demo a lens that I might end up purchasing. No response. I followed up again with a second email on the 19th. Nothing. Today I called since I'm now a week from my shoot. The CPS rep said there's no way to contact them, just send another email. No help. Didn't really even seem to care.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are others having similar experiences with CPS?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
