Opinions on dealer Camera Canada

Has anyone purchased from Camera Canada? I had a price watch through Canon Price Watch for an RF 50mm 1.2 lens and they reached out there is one available for $1,949 brand new with a 1 year warranty. Camera Canada is on the Canon Canadas Authorized Dealer list but I'm curious if anyone has heard of them or ordered from them. Let me know your options as well! Thank you!!! I don't want to get scammed.

I just visited the Canon Canada website and clicked through to the Camera Canada website. This retailer is indeed a Canon authorized dealer. Ontario region.

I have no idea but if you are in the US you need to find out if Canada purchases are authorized and approved by Canon USA if you intend on making use of Canon USA services.

I've learned that Canon does not have separate US and Canadian warranties. Canon only has a North America warranty that covers both countries.

I'm in the US and have made several purchases from Camera Canada and never had a problem. They always quickly send me an email confirming the purchase and then another when the product ships which includes a tracking number.
