&lt;P&gt;The link I posted is definitely workiing. It takes you to Canon ID for MyCanon log in.&amp;nbsp; So the error you're receiving is specific to the device you're on which you confirmed since it works for you elsewhere.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You may want to reset the browser settings on the device where log in is failing or at the very least review the permissions and clean those up.&amp;nbsp; &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":winking_face:"&gt;😉&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If I'm not mistaken, Google Chrome is required for Canon Connect to operate properly.&amp;nbsp; I haven't confirmed this, but again I need to understand what you're trying to do.&amp;nbsp; The threads title says lens registration error message, but in the message body you say you receive a 403 error when you attempt to open up Canon connect???&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
