&lt;P&gt;Well folks here have attempted to offer solutions and choices. You said you needed a timely solution and calling has never taken me more then a couple minutes to get assistance. That's fairly timely.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Select tech support, when asked what item just state one of the items you own and you'll get to a tech. Tell them what the challenge is and it will get resolved.....&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Phone Support in the US - 800-652-2666ailable Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. EST.&lt;BR /&gt;Online support really isn't a good option here but if you want to give it a try, 24 hours a day at usa.canon.com/support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
